Dr Daniel Novotny is the Editor-in-Chief of EUBULLETIN and also Director of the Global Europe think tank. He holds a PhD from University of New South Wales (Sydney, Australia). He has published extensively, including a monograph Torn between America and China: Elite Perceptions and Indonesian Foreign Policy (ISEAS, Singapore, 2010) and co-edited book ‘EU-ASEAN Relations in the 21st Century: Strategic Partnership in the Making’ (Palgrave Macmillan, 2012).
