Prof Pascaline Winand is a Director of the Monash European and EU Centre, Monash University in Melbourne, Australia. She has published widely on the EU and its external relations. She holds degrees in political science, international relations and diplomatic history from the ULB, Yale University and Purdue University. She is editor of the series “European Policy,” published by P.I.E.-Peter Lang. Since 2009, Professor Winand is Jean Monnet Chair in European Integration and International Relations.
